Question about I-134

Hi guys!

I would like to know how important it is to be able to provide an amount on my fiance's savings bank account in the Form I-134.

My fiance just recently bought a house, well actually he and his parents paid for it. Because of that, his savings was literally wiped out.

He's currently working as a full time Registered Nurse for two different companies for more than a year now. He's been a nurse since 2009. And I must say that

his earnings in a year go way, way beyond the required annual salary for a K1 petitioner.

We have his pay stubs, Cert of employment, w2 and ITR ready.

Is it still necessary to fill out that part in form I-134 about his savings in the bank? I have his bank statement with big amount on it but just recently withdrawn after purchasing a house. Should we still declare that amount in the form I-134 or just leave it blank?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

It's not that important. More importantly is tax returns and current paystubs...!!

He is fine in the financial department.!!

Just fill in the amount that is in the bank... Even if it is $45

No worries

Never leave a field blank on these forms.. Either put 0 or put N/A or None

Don't leave blank..good.gif
