I've read somewhere that if we have everything they need they pass it to the other parties. They take care of papers as they receive for no jealousy of criteria! Everyone wants to go fast!!! :innocent:

Why would I go before others? And also, they can detect if people want to get married to live in the US but are fakes... It's a tough job I must admit. Because of the fake ones, they reinforce laws.

If it goes fast it's because there's not many people wanting to go to the US!!!

In France it goes faster because it's the same place that takes care of the cases. It's not changing hands at all. It doesn't mean it's easier though.

I think, the black list country have impact too. The irresponsible people have made everything hard for us. A day feels like years since my fiance back to US.

We can't say irresponsible people. I'd call them selfish and interested or greedy...

My country is also an Eldorado for the French speaking countries from below Mediterranean Sea (if you know who i'm talking about). So they try to have what we call a "White Marriage" that has nothing to do with a color but that means that it's a zero, nil or blank form of marriage. when they're done with this, they make families come along and as long as we have so much social help it'll be like this. We have another blacklist from East Europe now.

While they know this, they make it easier for the other countries like UK, USA, Germany, Italy, NL, Belgium, Spain, Portugal because they know they work, but since it's European Community everyone can work anywhere in Europe as long as they speak the language.

A friend of mine from the States arrived in France to work. She's fluent in the language and it is required to speak the language and know our customs. So she had her visa in three months. She needed me to write a letter of recommendation. It was fast and easy because : USC, very fluent in French, lived in France when younger during 10 years and had diplomas. They are careful if they are not taking French's work and it's the same in the US. And it's normal.

USA is bigger and a lot of people want to come and they have to struggle with cheaters. That's why it's so long because they have to detect the fake ones.

Anyway I'm off subject here! :bonk::ot2:

It's hard it's true to wait so long but it's not the waiting that's long it's the fact that we don't if we're going to be approved that gives worries.
