Actually "Rape is not rape".... as someone who benefited from a free Law degree, I expect him to know better.

There are varying degrees of any crime.

What is rape in one state is not rape in another, the simple age of consent changes by location and so does the definition of the act.

We both know it isn't maturity that makes communicating with you difficult. You don't stay on topic, you make ignorant generalizing statements with nothing to back them up, and you're offensive. Your world view and your lack of willingness to maybe see things from another perspective don't help, either. It's a shame.
