What is rape in one state is not rape in another, the simple age of consent changes by location and so does the definition of the act.

There was actually a case many years ago where a rape occured. The burgler/rapists defense was that it wasn't rape since the victim asked him to use a condom that she provided and like the Gentleman that he was, he complied with her request.

When asked about his views on abortion in the event of a rape - the guy felt he had to point out that not all rapes are 'legitimate' and that in the case of a 'legitimate' rape that the woman's body could somehow tell so as not to get pregnant.

You may be overtly 'defended' the guy, but you do seem to be doing it covertly - by going all out to avoid making any comment on the guy's words. Quite what Clinton has to do with this is unclear - except that you seem to think that the thread is apparently missing some 'outrage' about an ex-President being accused of rape.
