I am applying next year for a CPT program 3years and one semester, I am 30 years old is there a problem for the college or the embassy ? I mean about the age

btw I am in Egypt and still collecting papers

whats the difference between F1 and J1 ? do I choose ? or is it depending on college ?

is my international Drivers License from Egypt valid in the states ?

theres a company I will be applying with is HTIR.com and its kinda new program maybe started 22 years ago where you study at a college in the night and work in the day full time work with american wages, but you have to work in the field of study its kind of payed "training"

another point if I may, the college is in California and my online date is in Nevada, maybe its too early but just in case ... I only need a guide/link indicating steps to adjust from f1/j1 to a spouse visa and getting a work permit, I only want to know what I MIGHT get through

It verges on the scam, I do not know exactly how consulates are dealing with them but do not pay any money up front.

You are not going to get a student visa for an online college.

The deal is that you get an MBA from a second tier college whilst working in McDonalds as a shift manager to pay for it.

It is going to be interesting to get a Visa and certainly not something to pay any money up front for.

I would also suggest you get your student visa affairs in order first, before starting to plan how to file for AOS for a greencard with a girl you, apparently, have so far only met online.

Why do you want to go to the US to study an Associate Degree?

Why do you want to go to the US to study an Associate Degree?

Lots of people would because it is a cheap way to get two years of college.

My nephew is here on a student visa. He is attending community college to get his associate degree. He plans to transfer to a bachelor program which would only take another two years.

Two years of community college tuition of $10,000 + two years to get his bachelor with tuition at $35,000 per year ($70,000 total) = $80,000.

Four years at $35,000 = $140,000.

His parents would rather pay $80K vs. $140K. That why someone would want to go the US to study for an associate degree.
