They are not lying to you. The process of returning the case file to USCIS takes a few months. You'll hear from USCIS when they are ready to contact you. There is NOTHING you can do to rush this process but you can be ready with your response.

I just want people to know that your senator or congressman cant do much but senda letter on your request asking information that you can already obtain. The embassy wants evidence and they do review it as they did mine in about 3 weeks. They didnt even ask for an interview again but straight visa sent to her house. If you need help in putting the information together ask me. They told me we had put one of the best packets together. Luckily my brother is a photoshop expert and was able to put logs and things on many papers neatly for the officer to revew.

Hi,

Sorry to hear that.

Even I am going through the same phase.

I was denied by CO in Delhi Embassy. They returned my case to USCIS.

On july 12th. 2013, status has been updated on USCIS website.

(we intend to revoke the decision that was made on your case)

As per the word revoke means to reverse the decision.

But I am confused what does that mean they reverse the decision which was made earlier by the USCIS or which was made by Delhi embassy on my case.

Please suggest me also with appropriate step need to be taken.

I think you are going through the same phase so your help and advice would be beneficial for me.

Thanks,

Ravinder Singh
