yes she has no objection about petition but our relationship.

Why was the visa application denied? For the same reason as the OP (non-petitionable relationship) or another reason (e.g. non bonafide relationship).

If you have questions on what you need to do next, it's better to start your own thread.

(non-petitionable relationship she denied on this

The same situation as the OP; since the situations are similar, I'll reply here to keep germane information in one place.

Moving on, the current petition is likely to be revoked once USCIS receives it back; if it is revoked "without prejudice" then filing again will be possible and you would want to include any and all evidence of time spend together in person in a new filing.

If your file is sent back to USCIS, you simply wait (a few months) until you receive your Notice of Intent to Revoke (NOIR). Then, you will be given an opportunity to send new evidence for consideration. If it's good enough USCIS will "reaffirm" the approval of your petition instead of "revoking" it and send it back to Islamabad for another interview. That's the process. It's not pleasant but it is what it is.

Expect to hear from USCIS....IN A FEW MONTHS. If it's sooner, great. Get your response prepared early.

is the us embassy strict on how you met your husband/wife?

Please start your own thread for an unrelated question. In Canada, you won't be dealing with an Embassy. It will be the Consulate in Montreal.

Sorry I'm new at this. My husband and I met online 9 yrs ago. We have been together for 8 yrs before we got married this year. He petitioned my son and I and now we're at the stage of making the immigrant visa application payment. Just wondering what's next and if and when we go for our interview, and asked how we met and told them online, do they reject situations like that? thanks.
