Hold up back up is it me or did anyone catch this.

OP you said the embassy said she is not 18. And your lawyer said to refile when she is 18.

So that's why its un-petitionable. Or did I miss something?

The OP did not say his wife is under 18, another person said his FIANCE is. The OP's wife is 21

I never said anything like that. She was 21 when visited embassy on August 15th. I am 27. When we got married she was 20. Age is not a problem here at all and we are not related at all either.

I know for non immigrant visas you never get the same CO if you go for an interview again after a denial, so I am sure that it is the same procedure for immigrant visas. Unfortunately at Islamabad, the problem isn't just that CO, there are a few who are the same/worse than her. Good luck, I hope that emailing that pakistani will help, but it seems suspicious to me and I would definitely think about it again before sending important documents to a pakistani worker. Even the embassy is not free of scam-running pakistanis...

That's crazy.. the denial was from the black lady so I don't think the pakistanis have the say?

21 wife i am 27

Why they denied u?? Thats not fair with u..

Now i m getting scared for my process also. They shouldnt do this.

They told my wife at the end not enough evidence for relationship. She tried showing them photos but they wouldn't even look. Avoid the black lady at all costs. I read about her in another forum and also on my forum "WAK" had the same issue with her.

How did she know that there was not enough evidence for relationship if she didn't see the wedding pics? Of course they show them the marriage certificate.

Wedding pics don't prove a relationship. They prove that there was a party.

so what else they want to see if they wouldn't allow us to give them other evidences, like phone calls(even though this doesn't prove anything), emails etc.

Phone calls do prove on going relationship. Skype logs, sms logs, email logs, etc... I've gathered all of this so far plus affadavits and money sent and mail sent via fedex.

They also asked her how we met and it was through a marriage buearu that my aunt took us to. I talked to her and we decided we were fit for each other after spending a day together.

If I am reading this correctly, you knew her for 1 day after an introduction to a marriage broker, and based your marriage on THAT?

Yes, we didn't have to have a intimate relationship to determine if we were fit for each other. My parents didn't even see each other till the day of their marriage because parents do a good job in our society. My brother who got married 6 years ago had the same thing.

We met, talked for a bit, went through hobbies, interests, education, profession and decided to move on. Waking up everyday to find out something new is what keeps the relationship amazing in my eyes.

Just realized we had a cousin of ours attend the wedding and engagement who is a british born immigration officer. She will aslo be writing a letter with their letterhead. Hopefully that helps too.

Certainly can't hurt.

I'm talking about a different kind of scam. A very very common scam here is asking for documents from someone and then blackmailing them for money or bribes, especially in Ramadan before Eid (unfortunately). Email is less dangerous than if he asked you to mail hard copies to him, but I would call and try to speak to an American worker and ask if your case can really be reviewed as simply as the pakistani worker told you. Did he ask you to send it to his own email, a US embassy email? I would just check it out with an American worker before emailing, ask if they denied and are sending it back to USCIS or if they will really review it again.
