HI All!!! :help:

My Fiancee Has Been A Member Of This Site Since August And Been Reading Forums Everyday!!! But Since His Busy For School At The Moment, he has No Time To Update His Status Here... So, I Want To KNow If Anyone In Here Who has Same Case Us Ours....We Sent RFE LAst Oct 16 And My Fiancee Checked His Tracking # Online And It Says Our RFE Has Been Pick Up By CSC The Next Day But Until Now We Dnt Get Any Update & Email NOtification From CSC.....Im Kind of Worried Right Now!!! They Already have Our RFE Documents In hand But They Dnt GAve Us Any NOtice Wether They Get it or Not..... :( And Let us KNow Wether They Approved Us or Send Another RFE....

While you could get another RFE, it is likely, assuming he sent the requested information, you should worry less and be looking for your approval here soon. Predicting CSC is never easy, but many report approvals within a few weeks of returning RFE's. Hope that happens for you! Good luck! :thumbs:

  • July 16, 2006 Met in person on her birthday in United Arab Emirates
  • August 4, 2006 sent certified mail I-129F packet Neb SC
  • August 9, 2006 NOA1
  • August 21, 2006 received NOA1 in mail
  • October 4, 5, 7, 13 & 17 2006 Touches! 50 day address change... Yes Judith is beautiful, quit staring at her passport photo and approve us!!! Shaming works! LOL
  • October 13, 2006 NOA2! November 2, 2006 NOA2? Huh? NVC already processed and sent us on to Abu Dhabi Consulate!
  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

Thanks For The Quick reply!!! Im just Kind of Worried That They Already HAd Our Document Pick Up For Almost A Week Now But Didnt get Any Notice From them!!! As What i have Notice From here They Send Everyone NOtice That RFE has been received And They Got Touch Or Their Porfolio has been Updated..... :(

Don't waste time trying to call the CSC as it is not possible.

You know the RFE was received - they don't always provide online updates and even when they do, it can take several weeks. Perhaps by that time you will already have your NOA2.

It is true they dont always update on their site.It is good news for you that the tracking #says they got it.They dont always respond right away.Give it a little more time,I know the wait is so hard but it seems that it has only been 1 week.I am sure that soon you will get a touch or a email. :D Then NOA2!!!!
