Married abroad and visiting Philippines, do I need CFO seminar

Hi all, I am new here, I am married abroad to a norwegian but didn't do report of marriage yet in Philippine Consulate. As far as legality is concern, in Philippines I am still single. I am visiting Philippines next week for 2 weeks. Do I need CFO upon departure at NAIA? Pls. help me, I am not aware of this CFO thing. I moved to Norway last year from Dubai.

If the PI government does not know you are married, I doubt CFO will be necessary until you do a ROM. If your visa is still valid to leave the PI, how would anyone know to even ask for a CFO sticker? What name is on your passport, your maiden or married name?

Yeah, that's what also I am thinking too, In my passport and my visa, I am still using maiden name. I am currently holding a temporary residence permit through family immigration (spouse sponsor renewable every year) issued in norway . I am travelling with my husband to the Philippines. Actually, its been nights thinking about it, since I am not aware of this, I am going to Philippines for vacation not for administrative purposes. Do you think at NAIA, they will look for it?
