How do you cancel a Visa that has already been given??

7-19-07 we met online

4-15-08 Mo asked me to marry him!

8-5-08 went to Italy to meet Mo (best time of my life)

4-4-09 returned home to file K-1

5-27-09 mailed in I-129F

5-28-09 Vermont center received package @ 12:34pm

5-29-09 NOA1 mailed to me

6-2-09 checked cashed

6-6-09 received NOA1

9-24-09 received RFE

9-24-09 returned RFE with correct info

9-25-09 they received RFE back

9-29-09 they resumed case processing

10-8-09 NOA2 was approved hard copy in mail Yea!!!

10-13-09 received noa2 hard copy.

Ok so that this is updated there was a change and we decided to go ahead and

get married in Egypt and not do the Fiance visa. We got married Dec 5th, 2010.

We filed I-130 in early March 2011 and our interview is Jan 12th, 2012.

The actual timeline has all other information if you wish to see it.

Filed - April 14, 2011
Biometrics - June 2, 2011 (early)
Approval - November 9, 2011
209 DAY TRIP TO REMOVE CONDITIONS

Citizenship

April 29, 2013 - NOA1 for petition received

September 10, 2013 Interview - decision could not be made.

April 15, 2014 APPROVED. Wait for oath ceremony

Waited...

September 29, 2015 - sent letter to senator.

October 16, 2015 - US Citizen

if the foreign spouse NOT arrive in USA yet,

then you need to withdraw the I-864, Affadavit of Support,

via letter.

Prepare the letter and send it off to:

1. Fraud Investigation Unit, US Embassy Egypt

2. Cairo IV Unit, US Embassy

3. National Visa Center

4. Customs and Border Patrol, National Office

What if after they write the letter they change their mind? Can u withdrawal a withdrawal?

No he is not in the US yet but yes he received his Visa Monday.

I found out he has been living with another woman in Italy and he is with her now.

She said they married and then filed the I130 for him...

since how did you find out bout this other woman? Sorry to hear this that really sucks, but hopefully u can fax the withdraw letter to them n he can stay his cheatin #### over there. U can find someone so much better!!! Keep us posted on what they said. Good luck..

I am sorry he pulled a con marriage on you. Pull your affidavit of support, today and immediately let the US Embassy in Cairo know about it. If possible send them evidence about his fraudulent behavior.
