Hi, I have question about Affidavit Support for marriage.

My husband earns $1248 per month ($14976 per year) from last 1 month (full time and permanent job). He was unemployment from last few months and past 3 years income was less than $5000 per year. But he has $170,000 stocks.

In this case We need to find out another sponsor/cosponsor or his stock will be enough???

Hoping for lawyer or experience person feedback.

If you can prove the stocks are worth that much, and can be easily liquidated, then no co-sponsor will be needed.
