The service centers both go through waxing and waning of time periods. Even if you could have it transferred, once it gets there, CSC may slow down.

The "average" wait is about 24-28 weeks. After the 6 month mark, you can put in a service request.

You are still on target for adjudication sometime in October.

Where do people get 6 Months from ? Try 7.5 Months, maby 8 Months or 9 Months or 10 month, maby never. How can I tell her anything. Even in a so called 3rd world country the Goverment treats you better, than we get threated by By USCIS

you were able to reach a human at VSC? That's amazing, in of itself.

Usually folk call the USCIS National Hotline, instead.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

The statement quoted "average". Some people longer some people have gotten them in 4 months. No rhyme or reason as to why. But it averages out. No one can predict an "exact" timeframe on a particular case.

Good luck all and don't let it get the best of you...eb0dfafc.gif

Feb 6, eh?

Well, I guess that's somewhat better than the January 16th they've been quoting for the last month. But still not past my NOA1 date, so they'll probably still give the same bull$(*@ when we call again on Monday...
