I don't know if the status you are adjusting from matters or not... My husband is adjusting from F-1 student. We weren't planning on AOS at all, just him finishing school then us going back to Egypt, but now we are expecting and he wants to take a year off school and work so I can stay home with the baby for a while. :) Sent everything FedEx to Chicago on 08/16/12 and got the text & email on 08/21/12 that says "Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center for processing." Not really sure how long it'll take from here, but praying for EAD reasonably soon so he can get to work & we can start saving for baby's arrival & my time off work! I know Memphis is our local USCIS office, so I am assuming the paperwork will make it there eventually.....

Eventually! Congrats on your pregnancy! EAD's have been running around 3 months to receive, IIRC.

Total elapsed time between filing I-129F to GC in hand 569 days or 1 Year, 6 months, 22 days.

I applied for my parents on February 29th and their I-130 and I-485 were transferred to CSC on March 20th. No updates after that :(. Let's pray and hope they will speed up the process.

It seems like forever doesn't it? Wow! we wait and wait and hear nothing at all

I have started a poll regarding K1 AOS transferred to CSC poll <-----click

Could anyone who are K1 and filed AOS that was transferred to CSC please participate (approved or pending)? Hopefully this will give us some insight into the processing times...

Thanks

p.s. please spread the word to other fellow K1 AOS'ers
