Timeline

hey firewalker, you can look at the timelines to get a good idea.

I watch the Manila embassy closely as it effects our case. At this time if you filed the petition today, you would probably get your NOA1 receipt end of Nov, and possible approvel of the petition the end of Feb 07, a couple of weeks at the NVC, then 3 to 4 months at the Manila Embassy to get an interview date.

and that is best case scenario, no lost mail, no RFE's, no typhoons hit Embassy, ect ect.

I agree timelines would indicate more likely a mid-year date.

YMMV

Definitely take a look at the time line search, it should give you some sort of idea what it is taking to get a petition approved from your service center. Good luck
