Hi guys,

I need any help and opinions. My I-751 was filed in September 2011 and still pending. I contacted USCIS Vermont about my case and received an e-mail that my case has being processed and will take them 60 days to reach a decision. It's been 20 days since then and the web site was updated once again thus my case is still on initial review.

What do you think I should do besides waiting 60 days? Is this very unusual?

Thank you

I suggest you get hold of your congressman after 60 days if you don't get anything back.

By the mean time make an InfoPass and get an i551 on your passport so you are not out of status.

I was in the same situation, my congressman did help by having the USCIS exempt my i751 and go straight to N400.
