Got AOS Approved with Senator's Help

Like so many people on these forums, I have been in the endless CSC waiting procedure since we got transferred earlier this year.

After contacting my senator here in Portland (Jeff Wyden) about a week ago and speaking with an aide of his who promised to investigate the situation more fully I was delighted to today receive notification that my AOS had been approved.

For those in a similar situation I would HIGHLY recommend contacting a representative to help with the case. God knows how long we'd be waiting if it wasn't for Senator Wyden's help.

Make sure to send a note to the Senator recognizing the Aide (by name) and for their assistance. The letter or note should be addressed to the Senator though. So very happy for you! :star:

Total elapsed time between filing I-129F to GC in hand 569 days or 1 Year, 6 months, 22 days.
