hi everybody,

i finally received an email from uscis, saying "Your CRI89 will be address at your N-400 interview on september 20"

i applied for n400 (january 2012) while my i-751(may 2011) was still pending.

i still haven't received a letter, probably in a few days...

what should i expect? do i go to interview alone? with my wife? is it gonna be a standart n400 interview or something more?

please share your experiences / ideas about my situation.

thanks a lot!

It will be a standard n400 interview. I have heard about it. They will approve both your cases at once. You will have the list of things you have to bring in the notice-invitation. Good luck!

My situation is alike yours but they never mentioned anything regarding my I751.

I filed in June of 11, went through all that RFE, relocation, this, that #######, end up putting in a SR with no results. So I got hold of my congressman. Then the director of USCIS basically "exempted" my I751 and decided to just go with my N-400 application instead. I'll be taking my oath ceremony in a week.

I've never heard of this before, having your ROC addressed at the N-400 interview.

I suggest you wait for the letter from the USCIS and see if they require to bring your spouse. However what you SHOULD bring is at least 3 years of tax return transcript (not the return paper work), which you can get from IRS for free. Then some updated evidences which you submitted during your ROC application.
