WE GOT NVC CASE NUMBER!!!

we just got our nvc case number we filled all the forms that we need for this stage but we don't know what do we have to do right now?

did your case is complete at NVC? after sending AOS and IV package.

If no then follow this step.

1. call NVC get case # and Invoice Identification number.

2. give them your and your spouse email address when you get case #

3. send Ds3023 from beneficiary's email address. (make sure its beneficiary's email address)

4. after they accept you DS3023 then they will generate your AOS and IV package ( both of them generate different, one by one)

5. As soon as you see your AOS or IV package PAID, you send them that package with bar coversheet provide by NVC. ( only after status shows PAID) (I sent AOS from here in US, and my husband sent IV package from india) they don't care who sent it from where.

6. you will get checklist from NVC, if your missing any documents (sometime they do send FALSE checklist, so just confirm with NVC)

7. After accepting the AOS and IV package, they will complete your case. now wait for your interview to be schedule)

8. NVC only forward you case to embassy after you have your interview date.

If yes then just wait for interview letter

Just call them back and give them your email and get invoice identification number so you pay for AOS and IV fee later when they generate AOS and IV fees.

find out your IID number and you can either send or email form ds-3032 form (choice of agent).

and send them these documents

Pre-Interview Forms / Items:

1. Completed and signed OF-169.

2. Completed and signed Of-230 Part 1 and 2 forms.

3. I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with past 3 year U.S tax returns (or transcripts) and any other financial documents required.

4. A copy of intending immigrants biographic page of passport(s) including expiration date.

5. Original or certified "long" birth certificate. *

6. Original adoption decree. (if applicable)

7. Marriage certificate. (if applicable)

8. Divorce decree(s) or death certificate(s) (if applicable)

9. Police certificate(s) **

10. Court and prison records.(if applicable)

11. Custody records. (if applicable)

12. Military records (if applicable)
