The NOA2 is only valid for a certain period of time after approval so don't move TOO slowly unless you can request an extension. You'll likely need a renewed letter of intent.

Yes I believe NOA2 is valid only for 4 months which gives me till 16th December. Praying I have everything I need by early November.

Ahh, yeah all the forms are pretty easy if you know what you're doing Yes, I was also approved yesterday and I have all the forms prepared already so as soon as the embassy says they have received my case, I'm gonna send all the forms off pretty much straight away X

So we received our text/email notifications that our case had been approved yesterday and is being forwarded to the NVC. What I was wondering is will I be notified when they have received our case? Or will I just have to wait till I begin calling them up for our case number to find that out? Also what is the current/average processing time there before the case is forwarded to the embassy?
