In their ruling, the SCOTUS ruled in favor of the AHCA for they understood that in the way the legislation was written it represented a tax and as such, the law was not repealed.

President Obama will have to live with the consequences but it was his choice to present the law as such before the SCOTUS.

We can only wish that Romney would release his tax returns and lived with the consequences as well.

On a positive note, workers at my workplace have received a refund on their insurance premiums as a result. It was not a lot but our insurance company reimbursed everyone for a portion of their premiums. I blame Obama for that.
