I'm compiling the documents that I need to send Natasha for her interview, now that we seem to have moved through the NVC step and now into the phase where the package is being sent to Moscow.

My question, Do the notarized I-134 finacial, bank letters, w2, tax returns and employer letters and everything that is 'dated & signed' have an expiration time limit?

Lets say for example, I picked up my employer letter Friday Oct. 20th, and it is dated as such.. However, we are estimating an interview date sometime in January at this point.. Is there a cut off point for these documents? I'd like to get them sent as soon as possible, but I wonder if they will still be valid for that period of time.. Or if that is even a concern.

Thanks for your help!!

I don't think you need to be concerned although clearly every consulate is different. I'm under the impression that the validity is one year but I'm sure someone will chime in.

Most of my documentation is dated from June - I requested them long before I realized that IMBRA would lock us up for 5+ months. My fiance's interview isn't for another few weeks and I'm not getting new copies - he already has everything.

I got everything just before last visit... Back in June. I did send a current paystub, but everything else was done back in June. I will let you know if there are any issues after our interview on Wednesday.
