Hi, I Just wanna ask, my mom want to file a petition for me, im from philippines and my mom is in US. How long does it take to approved I-130 if she will file it this month? and what are the requirements needed? im 22 yrs old by the way.. Please help..Thanks

hi,

it can take months or years, because the wait for unmarried children over 21 of a USC is around 18 years. immigration is currently working with petitions from 1994, you would be category F1, if you marry, you would change to category F3
