hi everyone i dont know if anyone is having the same problem i am not getting any email alert .. even though i send in the form with my package ,,, i got the first the alert when they received my package but that it,,, i sign up an account on the website ,,, it only when i check it i can see where my case is....

That happens ... sometimes you get the alert and sometimes you don't. Just keep checking the website.

but i need to know when usps pick up my ead so i can track it but if i dont get an alert how am i gonna know that it has been shipped

Go to the website, enter your case number and check. Also, you can enable email alerts there.

5/21/2012 - Email/text notifications received at 4:50 p.m.

5/26/2012 - NOA hard copies received for I-130, I-485 and I-765

6/19/2012 - Biometrics completed.

7/02/2012 - Text/email/hard copy notification of interview.

7/30/2012 - EAD card production ordered.

8/02/2012 - Interview @ 2:00

8/02/2012 - Email notification of GC production at 5:30pm

8/07/2012 - Second GC production email

8/07/2012 - EAD received.

8/08/2012 - GC mailed.

8/09/2012 - Welcome letter and I-130 approval letter received.

8/10/2012 - Green card received. :)

We didn't get email alert as well for our NOA2. Only the USCIS website let us know that our NOA2 was sent out.

just gotta keep checking. Sometimes the email alerts stuff doesnt work, and if it dont, there is nothing you can do but work with what you have. Sorry to hear about that

Be glad you got your first notice quick. We mailed our packet out 2 weeks ago, it was received 10 days ago (per tracking confirmation) and no NOA1 text/email has come as of yet. :wacko:

My husband's I-94 expires Sept 2nd so we are praying it comes quick!!

I do that but 1 email elder is on one is off and I can't seem yo get them not on

Don't know why both alert is not on....
