hi ,

yesterday, i recieved this émail from the NVC........please explain it for me , i didn t inderstand*

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: ............... filed by .............. on behalf of ............

The Immigration and Nationality Act only provides for the K3 visa classification for spouses of U.S. citizens who are awaiting approval of an immigrant visa petition or the availability of an immigrant visa. Since your immigrant visa petition has been approved and an immediate relative visa is available, your spouse no longer requires the issuance of a K-3 visa to await adjudication of the immigrant visa petition. Thus, your I-129F visa petition is administratively closed. The National Visa Center will send the I-130 petition to post for processing as soon as it is documentarily complete and scheduled for an immigrant visa interview.

Normally K-3 is a quicker visa to get than IR1/CR1. As your I-130 is approved before your interview date for K-3 issued by NVC, they are considering you for IR1/CR1. That is the reason your spouse is not eligible for K-3. Instead of getting non-immigrant visa, he/she will get immigrant visa now----that is a nice thing happen to you. Don't worry.

bu i m saaaaaaaaaad i vave to wait more time

when did you get it , and do you have your interview date or not yet?

The time difference isn't that much, and it will save you alot if you go through CR1, no need to do adjustment of status and all that is needed in K3............. Am still waiting for an interview date and i got the letter like a week after my case got to NVC

sorry, there was some change up of contractors handling IT services earlier in the year.

what used to be 'immediate' for notification is now lagged.

You were due this notice - it has simply arrived 'late'.

Relax you - you KNEW the I-129F was dead the moment you got the AOS FEE BILL in yer email inbox, months ago.

you know the difference between I-129F and I-130, right?

if not, please contact yer USCitizen Petitioner, and ask of him/her.

Regardless, since this 'email' was in response to an EMAIL sent by YOU, it's a non-issue, as it's the 'answer to yer question'.

So - what was the question that you sent off, via email, into NVC?
