What do u mean by that? I hope they're going to work on also of arranging interview dates. We're expecting case complete by second week of Sept. Hopefully get a slot on October..

You mean me? What do i mean by what? You asked were they weeking the weekends I said yes. To book interviews the embassy has to be open they are closed on weekends. Buut there are other things NVC needs to do. But who knows the interview scheduleing may go on we will see.

How many days NVC takes to accept AOS and IV packet and complete the case? Bth packets should be at NVC on 4th Sep, which should be a tentative date for the case to get completed?

Can I hope for Octobr Interview?

Well mine took one week to review the package and case completed, although i didnt send both at the same time......... so probably you will get a case complete by next week and get your desired date in october yes.gifyes.gif

Thanks! Looking at few other topics and posts i thought I would get it an Interview date in November as there is lots of back log. I am dying to get an interview date for October.

we have almost the same timeline! hoping by this week or next week for our case to be completed in NVC and hoping to get a lot on October for Interview. Cross fingers! :thumbs:

I'm SO happy to see that NVC was working through the weekend, including today. I overnighted my AOS and IV packets - I placed them in separate, addressed envelopes then sent in the same package from the post office - and the post office said they were guaranteed to arrive by Wednesday (Aug. 29) at noon. I'm hoping to get my case complete this week (maybe tomorrow????) and an October interview in London. My birthday is on Oct. 25 and it would be the most wonderful gift to be able to welcome my hubby home by then :D

I sent my AOS Thursday and it was delivered and signed for at NBC at 10:43pm om Saturday. Like WOW. Thats amazin that one there's postal delivery that late and someone signed that late. Wooo whooo.wow.gif

That would be a great gift for you. London seems to be quick with the interview queue. Okay NVC give them a Case Complete this week okay.yes.gif

My husband sent AOS and IV packets on Friday 31st Aug, do u think it should have reached them on Saturday or will it reach today 4th Sep (Tuesday), it was sent by priority mail with tracking.

Looks like you all are a bit ahead of me. I just now got the last docs I needed to complet the items for the Civil docs that I needed for my IV Package. Hopefully I can finally email then later tonight.

Still not word on my AOS pacakge. No email and I haven't called again. I figure I'd give them some time to review it. :no: nah!! Whom I kidding, I'd probably can't hold it and start calling them tomorrow :lol:

Hope everyone is moving along with through the NVC river smoothly now. :thumbs:

When did they receive your AOS packet?

Also, let me know the date when they accept your AOS packet so I can assume when they will accept mine?

Will they send email that they have accepted AOS or the only option is to call them and find out?

I don't know if they have accepted it yet. I called last week, they say it takes them about "20 business days" blah blah blah not suprised :(

I emailed mine so all I got was an automatic response that my email was recieved and some other disclosures. I'll call again today and find out if they have processed it yet.

On another note, I finally sent my IV package yesterday via email. Was so nervouse. I hope they accept everything. I like checked everything 10 times!! :blink:

I need a case complete and SOON!!! :crying:

Still no case complete and I have no way to check now since I'm done with the pament portal steps. -________-

One you have done all the AOS and IV Bill there's nthing on the portal to check. Your Case Complete will come as an email to tell you to await the interview date.

Most call NVC to find out Case Complete. Daily or whenever.
