Just got our DS-3032 acceptance email and still waiting for AOS to appear as PAID. Tried logging into the payment portal just now and am getting this error:

"Database Error

You have encountered the database error. Please try again later."

Any idea what this means??

I think I helped you break it. I was on the payment portal about 50 times on friday. And it looks like I might be on that same amount today. I might just call the NVC thought.

Still no IV fee invoice, no notice of the DS-261 acceptance or my AOS package. lol

Well $88 debited out my account as of yesterday so just looking at it say PAID. Would love a word about DS-3032 its day 9 now. Goodness.

Today I got received AOS email and paid it online, now its In Process. I am waiting for it to be PAID by tomorrow and now the wait starts for IV bill. I sent DS-3032 on 20th Aug, any idea when should it get accepted?

AOS fee shows paid and it didn't even take 1 day

Now I need to run home and get my package so I can send it.

My AOS bill was invoiced on 27th Aug and I paid it right away, now its sowing In Process, do i need to wait till it shows PAID or I can print the document cover sheet and send it along with the AOS packet without waiting for the payment status to show as PAID?

I’ve heard the DS-3032 is taking around a week to process. Mine was different since it was online. Your best bet is to read other related post’s to DS-3032. Or check other VJer's timelines and look at the date the DS-3032 was received to the time the IV Bill was sent. It's a bit hard because some users don't update it but, it keeps you busy while searching.

I would wait until PAID. But that's me. Just remember that they won't accept it or process it unless they have determined it's PAID. I sent it when I saw PAID, just to make sure that I was sending something that they were definately waiting for.

I paid mine and then printed off the cover pages and headed to the post office for USPS Express mail (2-3 days for 5.00 plus 0.75 for tracking)

I called the NVC right afterwards due to an error on my wife's address that they then corrected while I was on the phone. When I mentioned that I had already mailed the package, the operator responded "Great...You are ahead of the game then" So I am not worried to have these packages rejected, and now I am just waiting to complete the case.

It was more out of impatience than anything lol. But I had seen another member's timeline and they sent it twice and received email acceptance a couple days later. Not sure if that was in response to the first DS-3032 email or the second...so I figured it couldn't hurt! We got our email acceptance of the DS-3032 on 08/24/12

Hi guys! been following this thread and decided to leave a reply. lol. my laptop and internet is 24/7 open only having these sites: FB, YMail, Payment portal and VJ with them my hubby over Oovoo. Lol. Its so addicting and at the same time frustrating. We got our case number last Aug 22 and still haven;t heard abything from NVC. And the worse thing is, we called them for how many times to ask/inquire about our status why we haven't got invoiced yet so we can pay. Most of them answered us after 20days.. 20-30 days.. Worst, after 4-6 weeks. Me and my husband was like huuuhhh??/ Are u kidding us???!!! NVC operators are so inconsistent! They make us more frustrated. I don't even know if they have any idea how hard it is to be apart from ur partner/love ones.. We called NVC twice today. The operator talks so fast and in a hurry. We wonder if she have a date to catch. Lol. The second agent was nice. she told us wait after 10days after CN was assigned (8-22-2012) and keep an eye on our email and portal. if she only knew i don't only keep an "eye" to it, even my mind is in it. lol.. how i wish we get invoiced before the end of this week.. Hayyyyy..

what is the point of assigning Case# and Invoice# when you cant pay. each step NVC put you for 10-20 business day, NVC better put these people to work and move files then answering calls with these types of answers.
