Ok going to need an A4 supplement for this. In excess of about 50 I think.

Do I just type it out nearly and label what the supplement is?

Also for countries I've been to multiple times do I indicate the last year I was there?

Oh my, that's right! You are an international flight attendant, aren't you?

I added a supplement A4 with a list of all. Tried to keep the same format it has on the actual form on a spreadsheet and indicated it was additional information for question blah blah.

In your case, I would add the ones where you've spent more than a couple of days and maybe an explanation?

Email the Embassy and ask what they expect to see in these cases? I'm sure they've already had cases like yours.

Pretty sure they have. I'll e mail them. Just wrote everything down, it's ridiculous! I worked for a couple of middle east airlines too so I've had to log all the tiny ones I almost forgot about (Yemen lol). For my crew trips I might just put a pointer next to it and say "work trip" something like that. Thanks for your reply x
