Dear VJ Members,

I am unmarried son(age 26). Ma fees and my mother's fees has been paid and I have submitted DS-230 form with My mother(Principal applicant) without PCC (Police Clearance Certificate). Within one week, I have received mail of checklist cover letter for my case including AOS and Indian PCC for principal applicant i.e. My mother. There havn't mentioned for any missing document so documents must be OK.

I have not received instructions for issuance of PCC for me. What can be possible reasons? I am little bit worried.

If any one have experienced the same then Please help me out.

Thanx in advance...

Your description is confusing, your Mother is a Permanent Resident?

Your description is confusing, your Mother is a Permanent Resident?

Boiler,

Thanx for quick reply..

My mother is indian citizen. My grand ma has applied for her (as principal applicant) who is in USA and through unmarried sons and daughters category F2B, they have issued my fees. It has been already paid. Now, I have received checklist mail. In that mail, i got instructions of issuance PCC for her only. Shouldn't there my name for PCC ?

One of agent has notified that there should be your name for PCC. So.. m worried.

Thanx. Ya I m from Mumbai consulate. I understand your point. one of the agent told me that there should be also your name with your mother for issuance of PCC... NVC have only mentioned name of My mother's name. PCC of only her will be valid ? ..

I have to send PCC of her to NVC to continue process... there can be situation that if i send her PCC and later they wont allow me for interview. Or I will ask to NVC regarding the confusion..

What should i do in your openion ?
