The Ecuadorian embassy represents Britain though, not England. I wish people would learn the difference, it's really not complicated.

Great Britain is an island.

N. Ireland, Wales, Scotland and England are countries within the UK.

Yes, N. Ireland for instance is not in Great Britain...its in ireland.

So in a political discussion, the only terms we need to use are England, Scotland, Wales, N. Ireland and the UK... there really is no need for "Britain" or "British"...
