I was looking at the USCIS trend chart and this is what I found for I-129F's from August 2012 for Vermont Service Center.

MONTH RECEIPTS COMPLETION AWAITING

AUGUST 1910 1633 1210

SEPTEMBER 1647 2006 1484

OCTOBER 2047 2547 1578

NOVEMBER 1613 2116 1522

In September and November VSC really cranked up their completions. In fact except for August, the completion rate was higher than the receipt rate for VSC.

I-129F for CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER

CSC has done really well in August particularly but September too. October and November they seemed to have slowed down while VSC for the same two months has picked up pace.

To be honest I cannot pick up a certain trend for sure. VSC looks like they are speeding things up.

I wish all the best to all the August filers for their NOA2 again.

PS: Sorry for the crappy tables, I tried my best to format it but I was unable to space the figures properly :(

04-19-2017 ( Day 364)- USCIS status changed from "Case Was Received" to "Name Updated" (Only the K1 case)

04-26-2017 ( Day 371)-  USCIS status changed from " Name Updated" to "New Card Is Being Produced" ( both K1 and K2 app)

05-01-2017 ( Day 376)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K2 case)

05-02-2017 ( Day 377)-   USCIS status changed from "New Card Is Being Produced" to "Card Was Mailed To Me" ( K1 case)

05-04-2017 ( Day 379)-  Received GC in the mail ( K2)

This is the message on the USCIS website for me today. - On February 11, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Now waiting to see what evidence is needed.

The USCIS website says something different today: "On February 13, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting initial evidence in this case." I don't know if that means we are getting two RFE or if it refers to the same one.

Has anyone else seen this?

I checked the USCIS website around noon today, but no update yet. Just now, I checked my phone, and had 2 text messages from USCIS. I checked our status on the website again, and it states "On February 15, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)." :) :) :) So hopefully everyone here will be getting their NOA2s really soon! Good luck to everyone! :)

It has been 10 days and still didn't get RFE letter in the mailbox...

Does anyone know how long will it take for the mail to come?

its been 8 days and i still didn't get mine yet!!!
