This is the message on the USCIS website for me today. - On February 11, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Now waiting to see what evidence is needed.

As long as you may have waited for your NOA2, if you are getting a RFE then USCIS is clearly viewing and processing August filers. You will probably be approved withing a matter of weeks of getting your RFE back to them.

CSC has been stuck on July 18 since October. I'm about the make my 3rd trip to the Philippines in the next few weeks to see my fiancee, although I had hoped that by this time she'd have her visa in hand and be on her way to see me.

We met: 4/11/2012

NOA1 Date: 8/3/2012

This is the latest that i could find out from the IGOR's list.

In the IGOR's list--the month wise breakdown of the last 15 approved K1 petitions Vermont are:

JULY 2012 - 8

AUGUST 2012 - 4

JUNE 2012 - 2

JANUARY 2013- 1

Out of 128 K1 filers from Vermont for August 2012-- so far 18 filers have received their NOA2 and 5 filers have got RFE's.

All in all there is certainly movement for August filers and I wish all of us the very best in our K1 journey.

Cheers.

I'll play.

CSC Igor's List breakdown:

07/2012 - 9

08/2012 - 4

12/2012 - 1

01/2013 - 1

Only 12 08/2012 petitions have been processed at CSC. 4 RFEs

But the most telling thing in my humbly envious CSC opinion is the time frame for the 15.

CSC has a time span of 25 days to process 15 cases (01/17 - 02/11)

VSC has a time span of only 7 days to process 15 cases (02/07 - 02/14)

That is what is distressing the frak out of me.

Yep, sobering facts. Those deniers who state "it happens every year, bla bla bla" don't really make me feel any better. I'd like to see where the NOA2's have been this low before.

I'll wait right here.

What choice do we have, my friend.

Well done for playing along :)

To be honest, from my time here on VJ, I always got an impression that CSC was faster in processing in the I-129F's. I mean some of the timelines I noticed, the CSC filers seem to have got their NOA2's faster than the VSC folks. Is this a cyclical thing that at different times, one service center is faster than the other?

Whatever it is I hope all the August filers get their NOA2's this month.
