Hello there August filers,.. i just saw the updated Vermont processing time, and its on July now,.. it jumped almost a month, if i'm not mistaken the last time posted was June 4. Ours was routed to Vermont. So nice,.. can't help to be excited.. Good news for us..

I plotted the data from mid June NOA1 CSC myself (ignoring the obviously expedited ones, and ones with RFE).

Something definitely happened to the pace at the end of july.

And it's not getting better, as of yet.

Hi everyone! August filer here! Received NOA1 on August 22, 2012. Yesterday, I received a text stating that my case was updated. When I checked online, it shows "On February 5, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)." Does this mean I should be expecting my NOA2 pretty soon?

Probably you will be approved soon.. I saw some posts here getting the same message and after a week or two they got approved.

Like I said in my topic, called them, they are on 18th July. And I should not call anymore because they are not processing August so we cannot file service request.. So so so confusing

This is the message on the USCIS website for me today. - On February 11, 2013, we mailed a notice requesting evidence/information for this case to you or your representative. Now waiting to see what evidence is needed.
