Sent our application July 2 but my surname was misspelled and our application came back resend it and got noa1 aug 1 so I guess we're August filer too? though we got rfe last September 26 hopefully no more rfe?

Already got an RFE ? wow it was fast, so us CSC folks of august shouldn't wait too long before hearing anything ! awesome !

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

GREEN CARD APPROVED AND IN PRODUCTION ON 03/17/2014

ROC I-751:

Sent: 01/09/16

NOA1: 01/11/16

Approval and Production Notice: 07/29/16

An RFe for an August filer?! Awesome! Should'nt be too long I hope before more August filers at CSC hear news.

Consulate Recieved - 7th May 2013

Interview - 6th August - APPROVED.

I'm expecting an RFE too as we forgot a few docs with the application! I already have everything ready to send back lol. My NOA1 is 24 days behind yours so i should get mine soon !

I am really glad my application went to california, however i feel bad for Vermont folks, praying for everyone.

Hello all,

I am new here but I am glad am with u guys. My fiancee also put in my K1 filing in late august and we have gotten the NOA1 soon after but haven't hrd anything since then.

How has the waiting been for u guys? I ve been anxious so far lol really can't wait to be there with my woman and our two kids (both with her n americans too).

Our NOA1 was August 2nd! Hoping to hear from CSC soon...it looks like they're already processing July filers. Thank goodness for VJ!!! I don't know what I would have done w/o this site!

Got emailed an RFE on october 11th (2 weeks after my fiance called to notify them that he noticed we forgot documents, they said they would RFE us by email before october 12th) but of course we didn't receive it so they are faxing it now as soon as my fiance find a fax number. So we got our RFE !!

Now hoping to get approved soon !
