I never noticed that Uscis updated their processing times a few days ago. Still says CSC is on 18th July. Been saying that since January! How can they get away with this?

The email response I received today is:

"On April 4, 2013, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-129F petition to notify us that you believe your case is outside of our normal processing time. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Your petition/application is still pending consideration. We regret that we are not able to give you a timeframe for when we will complete the review of your petition/application. "

They received our RFE on 3/8 and we have had no response yet.

They dont look at any of our documents. I did the service request and got a generic answer, I filed august 8. We are way over due. The e request isca big waste of time. We can only pray and have faith they will look at our cases soon.

I know but what bothers me is the big time difference. How can some get their noa2 in 4 months and we have been waiting double that time?

That's what I've been asking here and there and nobody's got the answer!!

They are just not organized and not fair at all toward the ones waiting. It's like going to a place, wait and they let other people go in front of you! So they waited 5 minutes while you've been waiting 15!!!!

At least, in front of a store, you can rebel. Here you can't go tell them to do their job correctly!

Vermont surged ahead processing petitions from further ahead than what we expected them to be working on, they then got their processing time back to 5 months. This could be California trying to fix figures too. On a positive note though, for a Monday, that was not bad for California to have processed three petitions.
