Day 201 for us. We are waiting on a response to our RFE submission. I think I've hit the refresh button a 1000 times in the last month on the USCIS site to check status. Be positive everyone! :)

we got our NOA1 on aug. 31st we havent gotten neiter Noa2 nor RFE.... is it normal ??????????????????????????? what to expect now?

what was the RFE about BTW? can i ask?

We only sent in the English translation of his divorce papers and they also needed the original in Dutch. Also, I had to send a copy of my divorce paper that was notarized.

Although K1s are not being transferred, it should reduce the workload on CSC so they can get around to our petitions. It would seem that children of illegal immigrants have been getting priority over future spouses of US Citizens (allegedly).
