Any news from anyone yet? Think I am at about 212 days now. I check numerous times each day to see if we have heard anything. I feel like my life is at a standstill. I can't concentrate on anything. Come on California, hear our cries.

Ntng yet and I heard from my congressman office that the csc will let them know about my case after march 7th which is in two days and I don't trust any of them at all. I feel so hopeless and sad that I can't do anything. I wish my case was forwarded to Nebraska or even Vermont :'(

I think my fiance is going to call again Thursday to see if they can give us any more information. Tomorrow will be 7 calender months since I filed. I thought I would be almost through the whole visa process by now not just stuck at first base

We filed ours on the 2nd of August. We got an email NOA2 on the 22nd of Feb!

The question is...What do I do next? The US Embassy here in Singapore said they have not yet received our case.

Vermont seems to be processing a bit faster than California. We may still have a few weeks more wait. I am betting I don't hear anything till April now

Think it takes two to three weeks for the paperwork to get to the embassy.

Vermont is about a month ahead of CSC, based on the cases that haven't been filed.

We just got notice about RFE... not happy at all but at least something is happening.

hey guys. I got my NBI clearance and it says NO RECORD ON FILE , is this valid to present to the consulate or do i need to ask a certification to the NBI??? thanks for advance help..
