We called today , and talked with a tier 2 and filled a service request. He told us normally (before the service request) we will here something within the next 3 weeks. August 6th here. Hmm

SERIOUSLY? :blink:

What are you guys doing to get service requests? I've seen someone as little as 5 3/4 months get given a service request yet when we call we get nothing. Are you offering them money? What are people doing right that we are obviously not doing? Are you guys crying down the phone? Are you calling 5x a day?

I understand that okay w/e they are approving august filers before finishing july, but it's totes not fair that they are giving you guys service requests too when several of us who have been waiting longer, and meet the criteria get denied even that.

Lol I actually I just called my fiancé he said he didn't file one because they didn't let him, he was mistaken because he asked for one and they didn't say anything at first so he assumed they did. The best way to call them too is really early in the morning.

If your NOA1 is on or after July 18, it wont do you any good anyways, at the moment at least.

K1 Journey:

NOA1: 08/21/2012 (CSC)

NOA2: 04/24/2013 (8 months ClockWatch2.gif )

NVC received: 05/02/2013

NVC sent to Embassy: 05/06/2013 (only took 4 days !!)

Packet 3 received: 06/01/2013 (our son's 2nd birthday !!).Packet 3 response leaving in the mail on the next business day (06/04)

Medical: 06/11/2013

Interview: 06/18/2013. No packet 4 received, interview notice given on the phone the day before.

APPROVED !!

POE Chicago: 07/05/2013

AOS (EAD/AP) Journey:

NOA1: 07/30/2013

Biometrics: 09/09/2013

EAD/AP: 10/09/2013

Received a "potential interview waiver case" letter on 11/23/13.

When will this torturing be over by csc. I'm sitting in my car and just crying :( can't do anything else but just cry because anytime I call the uscis, they tell me to wait another 2-3 weeks or so and this wait is just killing me. I don't know when will this be over so I can see my half, my love I miss him a lot. :((

its been 6 months .... i want my NOA2................... !!!!!!!!!!!!! why it takes sooooo looong...... any August filers who got theirs today????? today?????? :)

I know exactly how you feel.... Every morning wake up with hope excluding weekends. And every night sleep with tears in my eyes :( its just killing me
