ok husband already sent me his police cert. to me inna mail.... i think it was supposed to be signed and its not... now somebody said for him to sign it... has anybody NOT signed it and still sent it in to NVC? what will happen.. will the embassy allow him to sign it at time of interview? or no? very confused.. thanks guys <3

i didnt sign mine and it was still sent in the file to the embassy, when he gets there they will ask him to sign it.

I had Duane sign his and sent it in. Im not sure you might want to call NVC, but i dont think it will be a problem...

LOL, yes im sure, i just did it on june 11th and i got through and greencard in hand. don't sign for him. send it the way you got it. when he goes to the interview at the document intake window, they will let him sign it.

also do you guys know about the james shortcut? and the DS-3032? do you have to have the case number to send it in? cuz i think on the james short cut it says u dont have to have it.. thats confusing.
