Address to have Visa Mailed?

Good Morning VJ members, hope everyone is having a great day!! My question is regarding the Address for the Visa to be mailed to. As you guys are aware the mail system in Dominican Republic is a Joke. So with that said, can i provide my mother's address being that i will be more assured to receive it there then my wife's address, and also we I have the option to send it to whatever address I choose?

Please be advised that if and when your visa get approved you can opt out of having the visa mailed at a price of $9.50 USA Dollar or equivalent in pesos OR you can pay $12.50 or equivalent and have it picked up at any Domex location, which is more sucured then having it mailed and possibly taking more time.

The Embassy does not use the Standard Dominican mailing system. They use a private courier service (DomEx)because they are aware of the issues. DomEx is a very reliable service. I haven't heard of any Visa not getting to their correct location. But if you have doubts you can always pick it up.
