Oi lindonas e lindões!

Tenho uma dúvida quanto aos anos de "Incoming Tax" que devo pedir para meu amor enviar prá mim para entrevista.

Já lí em alguns lugares que são pedidos os 3 últimos anos, mas uma amiga na prática disse que OBRIGATÓRIO mesmo é apenas o do último ano; nesse caso o de 2005.

Affidavit od Support

- Form I-134 signed and notarized,

- USC's latest federal income taxes (ai ai ai... Quantos anos?)

- USC's proof of current job (carta da companhia em que trabalha, dizendo há quanto tempo trabalha lá,

qual o cargo e quanto ganha.)

- Six latest Paychecks

- Letter from Bank

- USC's proof of citizenship or greencard

- Job offer (if available)

From what I know it should be the last 3 years.

11/2004 - Met in Brazil

09/2006 - Apply for K1

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil

if he's requesting his last income tax, he might as well ask for the last three - same amount of work.

My fiancé is going to play safe and send me the last 3.

I emailed the Consulate and they said only the last year's tax return is required.

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

July 14, 2009 - Check cleared bank

July 20, 2009 - NOA1 & 1 yr extension - Receipt date is July 14. Case# assigned

Sept 1, 2009 - Biometrics completed

Nov 25, 2009 - I-751 is approved. No Interview.

Dec 14, 2009 - 10yr Green Card arrived !
