Hey everyone. I’m about to send my wife's N-400 application. Here is what we have. Can someone please double check our list? Thank you!

* Cover Letter

* Check payment in the amount of $680

* N-400 form, signed & dated

* N-400 supplement (part 6 B – I ran out of room)

* A photocopy of my wife’s green card (front & back)

* Two identical color photographs

* A certified copy of my birth certificate (US citizen)

* A certified copy of our marriage certificate

* Evidence to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship: 3 years worth of form 1040’s & form 40’s (2009-2011), a copy of the last mortgage statement on our house

I didn’t want to include any other bank statements as I didn’t want to give them “too much” information, heh. We also have no children nor do have we been married before.

Anyways, should we be good to go here?
