My case just got an NVC case #,Please can anyone advice how long will it take before it is sent to the US embassy abroad?

after you get your case #, it can take anywhere between the 2 days and a few weeks (administrative processing)

i cant help with the other question as i dont know what your talking about

01/05/2013 Received EAD/AP in mail

<BR><BR>Whats a voluntary departure based on? Overstay, illegal working? It all depends what you mean. <BR><BR>I see you have K3 Visa so you are married? and you filed the I-129F and I-130. So did you get the case# on the I-130? If thats the case you will be at NVC a while. <BR>You have Affidavit of support to submit and the IV Bill documents have to be submitted before you are complete at NVC than you are in th einterview queue. It's usually 2 months from NVC to interview day. Edited by dwheels76
