Our budget is $14.72 Seems a little high to me. I'm trying to get it down to $10.

Sorry. That's to pay for her ring.

Gotta love Wal-Mart

We had a $5000 budget but ended up the final total of $6300 and that did not include the rings because my husbands grandmother left him her wedding ring and I had one make for my husband and I cant tell you how much that cost because he is reading this as I type.....

But the cost of floweres and wine and caterers ended up higher than first planned and we needed a Limo for my family that flew over for the wedding as they did not have transport for either the rehersal dinner or the wedding...

we went over just a bit because we had been given resort gift certificates by my company to go to Key West... er well... Hurricane Rita saw to it that we didn't get to stay and because we had to PAY for accommodations at the BEAUTIFUL Ft Lauderdale resort we evac'ed to, we went over by a bit. it was actually worth it though, the grounds had many more photo ops than the other resort. :star:

we didn't sit down and say specifically how much our budget was, but we did everything we could to make things as cost-effective as possible. We ended up spending around $5000, with the three biggest expenditures being my dress, the wedding/reception site, and the photographer/videographer. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful, and worth the amount we paid. :)

We spent right at $1000. I had a lot of people offer to do things for us as a wedding gift so that really helped keep the cost down. It was still a very lovely wedding and the most important thing was those two words "I do". The only thing I wish had been different was the humidity. As in none. :)

Wow, people have money to throw around! We spent around $700 and that included flights to the ceremony and the short honeymoon. Wedding bands were extra. I didn't want an engagement ring. If I had $7,000 going spare I certainly wouldn't blow it on a wedding, that's for sure. Different strokes for different folks.

I had $150 available for our wedding, and her sister had said she would send us $500 for a party. It cost $100 for our marriage paperwork, and we never got to have the party because we spent the rest of the money on her sister's funeral.
