If you can prove your current annualized income will meet or exceed the 125% limit, I wouldn't think you would have a problem as the requirement is based off current income. Employer letter and pay stubs can so this. However, if you feel uncertain because you don't have tax returns to back up this projection, you can use liquid assets as well as a safety net. 100K alone should suffice for a household of 2.

Wow, congratulations! Was it from CA service center? We are anxiously waiting our decision.

Yes, it was sent to California service center.

Wish you guys the best luck. It was approved much faster than I had expected, maybe because we did had not correct anything or submit anything for RFE.

If you received email and text 4 days ago, the letter is probably on its way. Yes, call NVC about a week or two from the date you received that email. NVC should be sending out a letter as well, but you can get your case number ahead of time if you call them.

I got my MNL # just today, 6 days after our NOA2! The nice lady told me that it just got in and just got scanned. They'll send me a notification once it's ready to be send out to the consulate. Ok so now that I have the MNL #, should I have fiance go to the closest BPI and pay the visa fee? Oh God I'm so shakey right now :)

You can go ahead an pay the fee once you have your MNL. I believe BPI requires beneficiary passport and MNL number. They will give you a receipt. Just keep that receipt in safe place while you wait for the case to get to the embassy!
