Hi people, Today we received NVC´s email with case number and AOS bill and we found out that my wife´s last name is not written propertly, she´s is the petitioner (usc). The last name is something like ABADA and they typed ABANDA. We found out this after we already sent DS3032 and paid AOS bill. On NOA1 and NOA2 was well written. Should we do something or just leave it?

Thank u

Call the NVC, then ask them to confirm the solution with a superviser.

NVC also got the wrong adress for my spouse but you just have to have your wife called NVC and let one of the operators know that her name is mispelled and they will correct it at that moment and resend the AOS bill. No worries just have her call
