hi there,

I am currently waiting for NOA2 for K1 visa..Here is my case I am a worker in Canada holding work permit and work visa. I have my permanent resident pending at CIC ( Canada). My fiance is an American citizenship, he filed out I-129F after I sent out PR application in Canada. I got rejected for tourist visa to US 2 times and I want to apply it another time just to see my fiance on the weekend and I will come back to Canada because I have a job and K1 process. Should I mention to the PR application to the consulate on my B2 interview day to show them I have strong tie in Canada or will it make them confused because I also have K1 on process and it means that I will leave Canada anyway?. And should I say I will come back to Canada because I want to complete all the process for K1? Anyone has an experience about this case please give me an advice...I really need a B2 visa to visit my fiance. Thanks for all your help :)
