Help just noticed that my I94 expires on September 6th, 2012. I've had my biometrics done already. Do I need to schedule an infopass appointment to get this extended? I am in the AOS application pending status.

Any info regarding this would be great

Nothing to do but wait as your file moves through the system. Your NOA showing I-485 acceptance is all you need if an issue arises.

When filing for AoS you enter a new period of authorised stay that is valid until your case is finally adjudicated. If you were previously out of status before filing the application, you go back into status (that being "AoS pending") as soon as the application is accepted by USCIS.
