We went for biometrics today in Nashville after our unsuccessful walk in attempt yesterday. They changed his name (scratched out and wrote over the top) from his married name (he is taking my name) to his passport name. Of course he doesn't have any ID in his married name- that's what we were there to try to get!

Do you guys think it's going to cause a problem? They said just bring the marriage certificate to the AOS interview and tell them we want to change his name then...but what if we don't have an interview?! He hasn't been transferred yet but who knows, right?

I'm majorly stressing this. He needs a job ASAP.

ROC Timeline

8.27.14- Check cleared

8.29.14- Received NOA1 dated 8/25

9.8.14- Recived biometrics notice

9.19.14- Biometrics appointment @ 9AM

3.24.15- Received text notification of case status update-- APPROVED!
