Morocco Packet 3 Help

My wife and I need help. The Packet stats we need the following documents to send the the NVC.

The applicant should bring the following ORIGINAL documents (updated forms from USCIS website are also acceptable):

* Forms in the appointment packet

* Moroccan passport

* Two visa photos attached to forms DS-156

* Birth certificate

* Marital status certificate. Married persons are required to present a certified copy of their marriage certificate. Proof of the termination of any previous marriage must also be submitted (death certificate of spouse, final decrees of divorce or annulment)

* Police certificates are required from each visa applicant aged 16 or over. Police certificates are also required from all other countries where the applicant has resided for at least one year.

*Judicial papers and Certificaste of Never being married.(for K1 only)

*Court/judicial report (Sijel Al Adli)

* Translations: All documents not in English must be accompanied by certified English translation

We have no idea what the Sijel Al Adli is, and no idea where to get it. Have anyone gone through morocco and know where to get this? She has not court record and has never been arrested.

you can get the sijil adli from the court in the city where you were born in, you need to take your original birth certificate and stamp of the 20 DH.

by the way, in your question you state that the packet 3 asks you to "send to the NVC" this information/these documents. For the record (just in case that wasn't a mistake and you think you're supposed to send these to the NVC), these are the things you BRING WITH YOU TO THE INTERVIEW. Do not send them to the NVC. If you've gotten your packet 3 it means your case is already at the Casablanca consulate, and NVC doesn't really have anything to do with your case any longer. Good luck!
